The Kings of Strings

The Kings of Strings took some time to talk to us before their show at Turnstiles in Grand Rapids.  Ryan and Jeff got to know a little more about this young band in a short period of time.  We discussed their self-titled debut album and how they narrowed down the songs to the eight on the album.   They noted some of their favorite venues, what goes into booking a show, and the things they appreciate in a venue.  It was a lot of fun chatting with this group as we tested out recording in a different location.
